Preaching Islam, Arming Terrorists: How Mullah Shirin Armed Al-Qaeda, the TTP, and the BLA in Kandahar

Inside the Kandahar meeting that brought Taliban officials, Al-Qaeda, TTP-linked networks and the BLA into the same operational orbit.

The Big Lie of the Taliban

For three years, the Taliban have told the world and the Afghan people the exact same lie: 'We will never allow anyone to use Afghan soil against other countries.' They repeated this in Doha, on television, and in every press statement. But on August 26, 2026, their big lie was completely destroyed.
In Kandahar—the city where the Taliban's Supreme Leader Hibatullah Akhundzada lives—a secret meeting took place. It was not in a cave or a remote village. It happened right under the nose of the Taliban leadership, hosted by Mullah Mohammad Shirin Akhund.
Mullah Shirin is not a normal Taliban member. He is the Governor of Kandahar, the old security chief of Mullah Omar, and the private gatekeeper to Hibatullah himself. Even Taliban ministers cannot meet the Emir without Shirin’s permission. When Shirin sits down with terrorists, it means the top leadership of the Taliban ordered it.

Who Sat at the Table?
Mullah Shirin brought three dangerous groups to his table in Kandahar:

  • The BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army):
  • Al-Qaeda (AQIS):
  • The TTP
  • Hafiz Gul Bahadur Network:

The Total Hypocrisy of the Taliban

Look at the disgusting hypocrisy of this regime. On the streets of Kabul and Kandahar, Taliban fighters beat poor shopkeepers for having short beards. They stop young girls from going to school. They whip ordinary people for small things in the name of 'pure Islamic law.' Yet inside their private rooms, the Taliban sit on luxury carpets terrorist all over the world. They will shake hands with anyone.

What was really discussed in the meeting?

  • Sending Fighters to Help BLA: The BLA lost hundreds of men in fighting in Balochistan this year and ran out of soldiers. BLA chief Bashir Zeb asked for help. The Taliban and TTP agreed to supply him with fresh fighters.
  • Disguising Militants: To hide where these fighters came from, foreign militants and TTP members will put on BLA desert uniforms. That way, the Taliban can pretend they know nothing about it.
  • Al-Qaeda Training Camps: Al-Qaeda agreed to train new BLA fighters inside Afghanistan at their 'Al-Farooq' camps, teaching them how to make bombs and carry out assassinations.
  • Giving Away American Weapons: The Taliban opened the weapons depots left behind by the U.S. military. They gave these groups advanced night-vision scopes and M4 rifles so they can attack border posts in the pitch dark.
  • Bags of Cash: Intelligence files show that in earlier secret meetings in May and July, millions of Afghanis were handed over to militant commanders with help from Taliban intelligence (GDI).

When Pakistan exposed this secret summit on October 1, the Taliban did what they always do: they quickly said, 'This is baseless propaganda.' Who do they think they are fooling?

They told the exact same lie about Al-Qaeda boss Ayman al-Zawahiri. For months, the Taliban swore Zawahiri was not in Afghanistan. Then an American drone missile hit him right on the balcony of Sirajuddin Haqqani’s house in downtown Kabul!
The Taliban's words have zero value. They deny everything in public, while feeding and sheltering terrorists in private.

The Afghan People Pay the Price

The Taliban rulers in Kandahar live in protected houses and eat well. But who pays the real price for Mullah Shirin’s dirty games? The poor people of Afghanistan. Millions of Afghans are starving. Young boys have no jobs. Hospitals have no medicine. Now, because Mullah Shirin is turning Afghanistan into a safe haven for cross-border terror, bombs are falling on Afghan border villages. Trade is stopped. The borders are closed. Afghanistan is treated like a criminal state.

The Taliban claim they brought peace to Afghanistan. In reality, they are dragging the country into another bloody war just to protect foreign terror groups. The August 26 meeting in Kandahar proves once and for all what the Taliban really are.
They are not an Islamic government. They are not holy men. They are an armed gang of hypocrites who use Islam to punish the weak, while running a terror business behind closed doors.
It is time for everyone to stop believing their lies. The Taliban are holding 40 million Afghans hostage while playing with fire.
